+ What are the hours of operation?
The pharmacy is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays, and closed for lunch 1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
24-hour prescription drop-off box is available for filling the next day when the pharmacy is closed.
+ Who is eligible to use the pharmacy?
All Maricopa County and State of Arizona employees and their dependents ages 18 months and up.

+ Where is the Premise Health Care Pharmacy located?
The health center and pharmacy are located on the second floor of the Maricopa County Administration Building, 301 W. Jefferson Street Phoenix AZ 85003.
+ What services does the pharmacy provide?
The Pharmacy provides the following services:
o 24-hour prescription drop-off box available for next day filling when the pharmacy is closed
o 90 day prescription fills
o Medication synchronization - our pharmacy team can have all of your prescriptions filled at one consistent time
o Pharmacy consultations
o Competitive costs on over-the-counter goods and medicines
o Convenience. Visit our nurse practitioner and pick up prescriptions minutes later in the same office, without leaving work. Have your prescriptions from your community provider filled at our onsite pharmacy.
+ How do I refill a prescription?
Online prescription refills are conveniently available for patients who have previously filled a prescription at our pharmacy.
o To refill a prescription online, log into your account or create a new one at Walgreens.com.
o Select “Refill Prescriptions.”
o From the navigation menu, select "More" then click "Refill with Rx Number.”
o Enter the Rx number then select “Continue.”
o If you are already logged in, click here to go directly to the refill page to get started.
+ What if I don't see the Premise Health Care Pharmacy as an option or refilling my prescription?
Online prescription refills are conveniently available for patients who have previously filled a prescription at our pharmacy. You must fill your prescription at the Premise Health Care Pharmacy at least once before it will populate as a refill location option at Walgreens.com.

+ Is my health data secure and private? As my employer, will Premise Health have access to my medical records?
Your privacy is of the utmost importance. Your personal health information will be protected in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) Privacy and Security Rules.
Providers working in the center will have access to your medical records. Select team members of the center will also have access to certain information as part of the normal data and claims process.
Due to the sensitive nature of this information, team members with access to center data will undergo additional privacy training and will be required to attest to confidentially requirements. They will only be authorized to access the minimum information necessary to perform their job duties. Access to health center patient information will be audited and any unauthorized access will be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including termination.
